Rob Capley brings over seven years of experience to Braveminds Academy, having worked in both residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment settings. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson University and will graduate with his Master’s of Social Work from Western Kentucky University on May 8, 2026. 

Throughout his career, Rob has played a key role in developing and strengthening multiple programs, serving in positions that include Case Manager, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Program Supervisor, and Director. Originally from Kentucky, Rob is known for his positive energy and authentic passion for guiding youth toward meaningful and lasting change. His work is grounded in the belief that when someone is determined to learn, no one can stop them. In his free time, Rob enjoys high-adrenaline activities and spending time at the beach with his fiancé.
