Erica brings over seven years of experience working in both residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment settings. She is deeply passionate about working with youth, inspired by her experience supporting young adults in treatment whose challenges could have been prevented through earlier intervention and access to appropriate resources. Erica is a devoted wife and mother of three and leads with compassion, purpose, and a hands-on approach. She believes strongly in servant leadership and lives by the motto, “You lead people, and you manage things.” Erica is committed to creating supportive, youth-centered environments that foster growth, healing, and long-term success.
